The Barling District Court maintains all court records for Barling, excluding the City of Fort Smith, City of Greenwood, and Central City. This Court is a limited jurisdiction court that processes criminal. Services provided include: filing of various documents (case filings, tickets, motions, etc.), assisting the public with information pertaining to warrants, driver’s license issues, and various court orders.
Criminal, Traffic, and other Municipal Court functions are provided by the Sebastian County District Court – Barling Division. Located in the Barling City Hall, the Court also performs various State legislative duties and maintains Court records pursuant to Arkansas law.
